  We specialise in Residential property inventories and Periodic Property visits, WYNS has been active since 2020 and now we are ready to launch our services to the wider property industry.

We are a team of 3 directors who come from mixed backgrounds and ages with experience in Property management, maintenance and construction, Property Visits and most importantly being a tenant. 

We are committed to helping our clients make sure their properties are ready to rent and educating tenants how to keep their properties and get the most from them.
