Essential tenancy documents are used to record the contents and condition of your property prior to the tenant taking occupation. The Inventory, Check-in and Check-out documents are used to provide protection to all parties throughout the tenancy and upon vacating the property. They also provide a basis for any claims that may arise from damage occurring in the property in line with all national deposit schemes. These documents can also prove to be useful for any insurance claims that may arise during the tenancy.
INVENTORY SERVICE
The Inventory is where every tenancy should start, the contents of the property are fully documented, and condition recorded for the landlord and for the tenant to check in with. Our inventories are completed by AIIC trained staff to ensure we produce only the highest standard of documents for your needs and enable fair adjudication of deposit claims.
This document is essential for all tenancies, this is used to record the condition or contents of the property prior to the tenant moving in. Without it a Landlord will find it difficult to claim compensation for damages or missing items once the tenancy has concluded.
These services are priced according to the number of rooms in a property and the level of furnishing. See Terms and conditions for definitions.
The cost of this service depends on the size of the property, if it is furnished and to what level it is furnished, if it is outside of the M25 and outside of any charging zones.
Our service starts with a base price which covers a studio or 1 Bedroom Property with additional costs for larger properties.
