Once the tenancy is complete and the tenant has moved their belongings out of the property we will attend with a copy of the inventory and check in to compare the current condition with the moving in condition. Any tenancy is subject to fair wear and tear however if there is any damage or changes not consistent with fair wear and tear recommendations will be made and evidence gathered in order to reclaim costs from the relevant party, in line with deposit schemes. 

At the end of the tenancy, we inspect the property and compare the current condition to the inventory. We apply fair wear and tear to changes and make recommendations and compile evidence for you to be able to claim costs back from the tenant.
