The tenant arrives at the property, eager to move into their new home, we greet them, we show them around the property and provide them with a copy of the Inventory to review as we walk around. Once the tenant had reviewed the document they are given an agreed time limit (usually 1 week, but this is dependent on the agreement between the tenant and the agent or landlord) to ask for changes to be made or to sign the document and agree to the condition listed within. 

This is where the Tenancy begins. The tenant is taken around their new home and receives the Inventory document. The document is checked by the tenant and given an agreed time limit to query any issues and/or ask to make changes and sign the document. 

Check-ins are 25% less when undertaken on the same day as the Inventory.
