Throughout the tenancy Periodic Property Visits offer peace of mind to all parties that contractual obligations are being met and that the property remains in the best living condition for the tenant and in good repair for the landlord. Periodic Property Visits ensure that any small issues within the property do not become larger more costly issues over time and that the new government living standards 

These visits take place periodically throughout the course of your tenancy. Depending on your tenancy agreement they usually take place at 3, 6 or 12 month intervals. This gives you the opportunity to monitor the condition of the property and to ensure the tenant is keeping to the terms of the tenancy agreement along with ensuring there are not issues which would make the landlord liable.

Our property professionals will arrange the appointment with your tenant. These visits usually take 15 to 30 minutes and reports are submitted to you within a week of the appointment date.

We offer discounts on our Periodic Property Visits depending on the volume of visits and whether the Inventory work is included in the quote.
